Working Process of themachine:
1) Mould heating. To make sure chocolate which leftin the cavities will be melted. So the surface of chocolates which will beproduced is glazed.
2) First deposit chocolate for shell. Cavities ofchocolate mould will be filled with chocolate mass. As there is a short ofcooling, chocolate mass which touch with surface of cavities will sticktogether.
3) Turn mould and pour chocolate mass (vibrating at sametime). There is only one layer of chocolate shell stick in the cavities ofchocolate mould. Chocolate mass which hasn’t been solid will fall into thetank.
4) Turn back mould. There is only one layer ofchocolate shell in the cavities.
5) Scraper for the surface of chocolate mould.
6) Second depositor to make filling of chocolates.
7) Second vibrating, to make sure the surface of fillingis flat, further more, air bubble will go out from chocolate mass.
8) Mould heating.
9) Third depositor, to cover filling.
10) Third vibrating. to make sure the surface is flat.
11) Scraper. Chocolate mass on the surface of chocolatemould will be scraped.
12) Cooling, there are 8 layers in the cooling tunnelto make sure the cooling time is enough.
13) Demoulding.
14) Discharging of products(conveyor belt to sendchocolates to packing step)
Materials:
Themotors and gearboxes are Chinese brand.
Conveyorbelt is food grade PU.
Theframe is ss201, insulation board is ss304. Hopper is ss304.
PLCand touch screen are Delta brand. Pneumatic parts are Air TAC brand.
Thesizes of chocolate moulds are 280*200*30mm. It requests 360pcs chocolate moulds for theline.
