Chocolate refiner Conches are for fine grinding of chocolate materials. Such as melted cocoa butter and cocoa liquid, cocoa powder , sugar, etc.

The tank is jacket and itis heated by electricity. Normally the temperature of hot water in the jacketis not more than 60℃. There is an Omrontemperature controller.

The lining bars and scrapersin the conche are 65Mn Manganese Steel after heat treatment and the cover ofthe jacket tank is ss304. The covers of two ends are mild steel with paint.

The fineness degree ofchocolate glaze can reach 20-25 microns after it has worked about 7-9 hours.
