Chocolate enrobing machine is composed of chocolate enrober and cooling tunnel.
This machine is a special equipment for coating all kinds of foods with chocolate masses.Such as candy bar, cakes ,biscuits ,etc. The machine can perform either total or bottom coating. The enrober and cooling tunnel can be controlled by separately,so the cooling tunnel can be used with other chocolate making machine.
