The chocolatepaste is poured into the cavities on the two rollers with cooling system andform the chocolate beans. Then the chocolate beans fall on the conveyor beltand send to the cooling tunnel (three layers).After full cooling, then send tothe deburring device. The last step is that the workers take the chocolatebeans from the chocolate bean forming line to the chocolate coating pans forcoating or polishing.
